Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Come. Sit. Be. tee. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. The window starts on delivery, not on the order or ship date.

Eligible for return: Wrong size, wrong item, or a manufacturing defect. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Not eligible for return: Items damaged through wear or washing.

How to start a return: Email hello@comesitbe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send instructions within 2 business days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of a defect or fulfillment error on our part — in those cases we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
